At Boody US, we want you to be completely comfortable in your bamboo essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened underwear packs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box or mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
